Meet the HQ Team

Husband and wife team, Chris and Sarah Mollison, are the founders of CYCLEme Tots. After their son Oakley was born in 2015, Chris decided to leave his sales career and follow his passion for cycling by starting CYCLEme Fitness, a cycling based fitness company focussed on helping adults achieve their fitness goals in a fun and motivating environment whilst gaining a better work/life balance.


Surrounded by bikes, it is hardly surprising that by 18 months little Oakley started to show a real interest in a balance bike at one of his toddler play group sessions, which led to the couple looking for a structured session using balance bikes that he could regularly participate in.

Surprisingly, there was very little available and so with previous experience in children’s coaching & teaching, Chris and Sarah decided to do it themselves.


Sarah joined the business in 2018 and developed our Franchise proposal to help share the unique CYCLEme Tots programs that they had developed with early years experts with other like minded people in the UK. The skillsets that Sarah brought to the table from her extensive background in sales and marketing were perfect to grow the brand in to what it is today.

Jo Middleton is the Managing Director of CYCLEme Tots, bringing extensive experience as a business owner and franchising professional to her role. With a background in the children's activities industry, Jo is dedicated to directly supporting franchisees to ensure their success. As a mum of two and step mum of two, she understands the importance of fostering positive habits early on and is passionate about creating safe and engaging environments for children to learn and thrive.


Jo believes that education is key to developing lifelong skills and healthy habits.


Jo's passion for cycling safety aims to instil valuable lessons in young children, potentially saving lives by promoting safe cycling practices from the outset.
